Event at the Dunham Library and Art Centre – Georges Ouel
Born in Maskoutain, Georges Ouel draws his influences from the song classics. Like Brassens 450 flirting with country, his waltzes like an eastern spaghetti and the blues of modernity to be consumed straight up. Semi-finalist at the Festival de la chanson de Granby (2019), finalist at the Cabaret Festif! de la Relève (2019) and one-time member of the bands Tintamare and Chahut d’ruelle, Ouel shares his vast experience accumulated over many years. His duo show, accompanied by Philippe Tanguay on cello, will be offered in Dunham.
