IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE AN ACCESS STICKER TO NAVIGATE ON SELBY LAKE!

In compliance with By-law 429-21 regarding the protection of Selby Lake, it is mandatory to have an access sticker to navigate on Selby Lake.

To apply for your access sticker, you must fill out this form.

It is possible to use the same form to combine the requests for more than one boat. You must then return it to the following email address: info@ville.dunham.qc.ca.

Please note that the sticker is mandatory for all boats except paddleboards, SUPs, etc. and inflatable boats.

WHY IS THE STICKER MANDATORY?

This measure is used to monitor the boats on Selby Lake. By combining this measure with the boat wash, the Town is committed to ensure that all boats that have been on any other body of water are free of Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS). This ensures a rich and healthy biodiversity and prevents the spread of AIS such as zebra mussels and Eurasian water milfoil. For more details, consult this Guide to Avoiding the Spread of AIS.
