By-law 461-23 amending the Planning Program number 381-19 in order to add a REC (Regional Environmental Complex) allocation (in French only) : This draft by-law aims at adding a REC zone adjacent to the regional landfill site located on St-Joseph Road. The public consultation meeting will be held on March 20 at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers of the Town Hall.
By-law 462-63 amending zoning by-law number 382-19 to add a REC (Regional Environmental Complex) use: This draft by-law aims to add a REC zone to the municipality’s zoning plan and also to specify the norms related to the use of the REC on the territory of the Town of Dunham. The public consultation meeting will be held on March 20 at 6:45 p.m. in the council chambers of the Town Hall. This bylaw is part of a mandatory concordance procedure with the Brome-Missisquoi MRC’s land use and development plan.
By-law 466-23 (in French only) modifying zoning by-law 382-19 in order to convert zone CR-5 into zone R-14 and to restrict the uses permitted in this zone: As its name indicates, by-law 466-23 modifies the uses permitted in zone CR-5. The public consultation meeting will be held on March 20 at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers of the Town Hall. Bylaw amendment and follow-up on the Centaur Vineyard housing project
