Complaint Management Policy

At its regular meeting of July 6, 2021, the Town Council adopted a Complaint Management Policy.  The Town of Dunham will deal fairly with complaints made to the Town of Dunham in the course of providing municipal services.

Do you have a complaint?  To access the form, CLICK HERE, sign it (mandatory) and return it to Town Hall by:

  • Mail at:  3777 Principale Street, Dunham (Québec)  J0E 1M0
  • Depositing it in the mail chute near the main door of the Town Hall.
