Draft By-Law No. 407-20 modifying the Zoning By-law No. 382-19 to create zone CR-7 to the detriment of Zone CR-2
Further to the public consultation meeting held from November 18 to December 2, 2020 on the First Draft By-law No. 407-20 amending Zoning By-law No. 382-19 to create the CR-7 Zone to the detriment of CR-2 Zone, the Municipal Council adopted the Second Draft By-law No. 407-20, without amendment, at the ordinary meeting held on January 12, 2021.

To interested persons having the right to sign an application for referendum approval:
This By-law contains provisions that are subject to referendum approval by application by interested persons in the affected areas or contiguous areas, to have a By-law incorporating them submitted for their approval, in accordance with the Municipal Elections and Referendums Act and the Land Use Planning and Development Act.
